# How it works > How Inteliwert works: daily imports from official sources, search over German public tenders, and an opportunity page with evidence for every fact. From an official notice to an evidenced next step, and from your own documents to cited answers. ## How it works ### Collect: Official sources, imported every day. - The Bekanntmachungsservice, imported daily from its official exports. - Every original notice kept, with the time it was fetched. - Published only where the source’s reuse terms allow it. ### Understand: Notices, made searchable. - Dates, places, categories and values normalised, with the source values kept. - CPV and NUTS codes shown with their labels, in English and German. - Your own PDFs, scans and audio, searchable in your dashboard. ### Act: Search, your dashboard and your assistant. - Search with words or filters, free and without an account. - Your dashboard, with knowledge bases and chat with citations, on a free account. - ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants, through a read-only MCP connection. ## Search: ask in your own words One search box for people, and filters that stay visible and editable. It works without JavaScript and without an account. [Search tenders](https://inteliwert.com/search) ### Words, not a query language Type “Software Berlin” or “Beratung NRW”. The search reads places, categories, statuses and minimum values from your words and searches the rest as text. ### Filters you can see What the search understood appears as chips you can remove. Filters cover status, kind, CPV division, Bundesland, topic and minimum published value. ### Sorted your way By last update, by deadline or by publication date. Closed, cancelled and awarded notices are marked, never shown as open. ### No account wall Search, open an opportunity and reach its official notice without signing up. An account is only for your dashboard. ## The opportunity page One page per tender, in English and German, built from the official notice and nothing else. **Every fact points to the official notice.** The page starts with the facts at a glance, then key facts, lots, the timeline of versions and corrections, buyer and place, CPV and NUTS codes with their labels, and the official documents. Each fact links to the official notice with the time it was last checked, and the source box names the publisher and the licence. The official notice is authoritative. ## Your dashboard Your own documents, next to the public evidence, with a free account. **Knowledge bases whose answers cite their source.** The dashboard at dashboard.inteliwert.com keeps private knowledge bases for your PDFs, scans and audio. You search across them, chat with answers that cite the passage they come from, and explore the knowledge graph of what they contain. A personal token connects your own assistant to them over MCP. Sign in with an email link or code, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. No. It helps you find and understand an opportunity. Submission happens on the official portal named in the notice. ### Does it decide whether I qualify? No. It shows what the notice states, with a link to it, and keeps that apart from any suggestion of fit. The decision stays with you. ### Does it cover every tender and grant? No source is complete, and neither is Inteliwert. The coverage page names each source, what it covers and what it does not. ### Is a value shown an estimate? A value shown is the figure the source published, without VAT, as notices state it.
