Status: public beta. Running today: search over German public tenders, an opportunity page per tender with every fact linked to the official notice, daily imports from the Bekanntmachungsservice, the public read API at api.inteliwert.com/v1, a Markdown version of every page, read-only WebMCP tools in the browser, assistant access over MCP, statistics pages and downloads, hub pages by category or region, company profiles with their award history and the companies that might fit a tender, accounts with sign-in by email link or code or Google or Microsoft or LinkedIn, the dashboard at dashboard.inteliwert.com with private knowledge bases and chat with citations, AI credits on every account, the Starter plan for one person, the Pro plan, the API plans for software and the Enterprise plan.

The website describes what runs in the present tense and names no feature that does not run.

## What Inteliwert does

- Search: https://inteliwert.com/search (German https://inteliwert.com/de/suche) searches German public tenders from the Bekanntmachungsservice, imported every day. It works without JavaScript and without an account; words are searched as text, and places, CPV divisions, statuses and minimum values in them are read as filters.
- Opportunity pages: one page per tender, in English and German, with the facts at a glance, key facts, lots, the timeline of versions and corrections, buyer and place, CPV and NUTS codes with labels and the official documents. Every fact links to the official notice with the time it was last checked. The official notice is authoritative.
- Read API: https://api.inteliwert.com/v1, anonymous and read-only; https://api.inteliwert.com/v1/openapi.json.
- Markdown: every page as Markdown at its URL plus .md, or with Accept: text/markdown.
- WebMCP: read-only tools for an assistant built into the browser (search_tenders, get_tender, get_page_markdown, site_facts, list_pages).
- MCP server: https://api.inteliwert.com/mcp, a remote, anonymous, read-only MCP server over Streamable HTTP with the tools search_opportunities, get_opportunity, get_statistics, find_matching_companies, get_company and about_inteliwert.
- Company profiles: one page per company with its identifiers and award history, and the companies that might fit a tender, each with its reasons and evidence; possible matches, never a judgement of fit.
- Accounts: sign-in by email link or code, or with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn (https://dashboard.inteliwert.com/account/sign-in). Plans with AI credits, bought through Stripe Checkout.
- Dashboard: https://dashboard.inteliwert.com/, private knowledge bases for PDFs, scans and audio, search, chat with citations and the knowledge graph; a personal token connects an assistant to one's own knowledge bases over MCP.

## Data sources and licences

- Bekanntmachungsservice (https://oeffentlichevergabe.de): German public tenders, published by German federal notice service (oeffentlichevergabe.de). Status: Live, imported daily. Licence of the notices: CC0, from the source.

Notices keep the licence of their source; the Bekanntmachungsservice publishes under CC0 1.0 (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/), and each record names its licence. Statistics Inteliwert computes (pages, CSV, JSON; live) are licensed CC BY 4.0 with the attribution "Inteliwert (Bandpey GmbH)". No source is complete, and Inteliwert does not claim complete coverage.

- Pro (Live): €49 per seat a month. Billed monthly, or €39 a month billed yearly. Net prices, plus VAT. For businesses, freelancers and sole traders who evaluate and monitor opportunities as part of their work.
- Enterprise (Live): Custom. Priced by agreement. Net prices, plus VAT. For organisations that need a contract, more seats and credits, or their own terms.

- API Business (Live): from €999 a month, yearly contract. Priced by agreement. Net prices, plus VAT. AI credits and volume by contract; A data licence, under each source’s terms; An SLA, a DPA and invoicing; A named contact for support.

## For AI agents

- Read API: https://api.inteliwert.com/v1. Every route is a GET over published sources. Search: /v1/search?q&status&kind&cpv&nuts&topic&min_value_eur&sort&limit&offset&lang. One opportunity: /v1/opportunities/{opportunity_id}?lang=en|de.
- Limits: requests are limited per client IP address; over the limit the answer is 429 rate_limited with Retry-After. Public responses carry an ETag and answer 304 to a matching If-None-Match.
- MCP: connect an MCP client to https://api.inteliwert.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no account, no key). Tools: search_opportunities, get_opportunity, get_statistics, find_matching_companies, get_company, about_inteliwert; all read-only. Matches are possible matches based on public information, never judgements of fit. Tool calls are limited per client IP address and share a daily anonymous pool; over a limit the answer is HTTP 429 with a JSON-RPC error and Retry-After. Server card: https://api.inteliwert.com/mcp/server-card.
- Cite source.notice_url (source_url on a search result) and last_checked_at for every fact; show deadlines with their published offset; published values exclude VAT.

## What Inteliwert never claims

- It never claims complete coverage of German or EU tenders and grants: it covers the sources it names.
- It never judges eligibility or fit for a bidder, and never presents a ranking or a model output as a fact.
- The official notice is authoritative over anything Inteliwert shows.
- Where the indexed documents hold no evidence, it says "not found in the indexed documents".
- It names no launch date, and no feature that does not run.
