Gefordert wird die konventionelle gewerbliche Bewachung (KGeB) der Wachkategorie A2 -personelle Wachleistung mit Fahrzeug(-en) sowie einer persönlich zugewiesenen Pistole P8 (oder dem bei der Bundeswehr eingeführten Nachfolgemodell). Die insgesamt 3 Zugangs- und Abgangsmöglichkeiten (1 KFZ Tor und 2 Personentore) sind 24 Stunden täglich und 7 Tage pro Woche durch 1 aufsichtsführende Wachperson, 1 Torposten und 3 Torposten/Eingreifkräfte zu bewachen und abzusichern.
