Die Aufgaben des AN umfassen insbesondere die folgenden Leistungen: Die Bereitstellung einer nativen, mobilen Smartphone-App für die Betriebssystemversionen iOS und Android. Dies inkludiert die nachfolgend aufgeführten funktionalen Anforderungen: - Den Betrieb, das Hosting (Backend und Monitoring) sowie die regelmäßige Pflege der App (Frontend und Backend). - Die Bereitstellung einer TK-internen Demoversion der App für Vertriebs- und Marketingzwecke, in der Betriebssystemversion iOS, die jederzeit verfügbar ist.   - Die Bereitstellung einer Preview-Version der App in den Betriebssystemversionen iOS und Android, die jederzeit verfügbar ist. Die Preview-Version entspricht der Demoversion. Jedoch werden Änderungen der CMS Inhalte bereits vor Veröffentlichung angezeigt. - Die Bereitstellung einer Staging-Version der App in den Betriebssystemversionen iOS und Android, die jederzeit verfügbar ist. Die Staging-Version muss der Produktivumgebung weitestgehend entsprechend und dient der Validierung neuer Funktionen und Änderungen vor dem Release in die Produktivumgebung. - Die Bereitstellung eines Review-Modus der App in den Betriebssystemversionen iOS und Android. - Die Bereitstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Schnittstellen bzw. Authentifizierungs-verfahren, im Einzelnen sind dies  - Hebammensuche (Anbieter Keleya Digital-Health Solutions GmbH) - elektronische Leistungsbestätigung (Anbieter IQVIA Health System Service GmbH) - TK-HebammenBeratung (Anbieter Kinderheldin GmbH) - CMS - App-Analyse - Kontaktanliegen Registrierung und Accountlöschung (TK) - TK-App (Keycloak). - die Bereitstellung, Anpassung und Pflege hinzukommender Schnittstellen bzw. Authentifizierungsverfahren.  - die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der App in Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der TK mit dem Ziel, diese technisch auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten, um so eine möglichst hohe Attraktivität am Markt zu erreichen. - die Berücksichtigung der erforderlichen Kompatibilität zu weiteren digitalen Angeboten der TK (beispielsweise der TK-App, "Meine TK" oder andere Apps der TK) und der TK-Partner. - Den Third-Level Support; die TK stellt den First- und Second-Level Support.
