Von dort erfolgt auch die Zufahrt auf das Baugrundstück. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich ein ehemaliger Fußball-Ascheplatz und eine ehemalige Flüchtlingsunterkunft, von der nur noch die gekiesten Aufstellflächen existieren. Zur Herstellung einer BE-Fläche und deren Zufahrten sind entsprechende Positionen ausgeschrieben. Diese Flächen verbleiben nach Beendigung der Arbeiten vor Ort und werden nicht zurückgebaut. Die Stadt Hürth sucht für die o.g. Arbeiten eine leistungsstarke Bieterkombination aus Garten-Landschafts- und Betonbau, welche in der Lage ist, das Projekt im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen umzusetzen. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei dem Bau der Sportstätten. Eckdaten zum Projekt (Orientierungswerte): \- Grundstücksgröße: Ca. 10.000 m2 \- Fläche der Sportinsel: 4.750 m2 \- Übergabe der Fläche - 21. Juni 2027 Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die vollständig funktions- und betriebsbereite Herstellung der Parkfläche "Sportinsel" mit umliegenden Freianlagen. Zur vertragsgemäßen Herstellung des Projekts soll der Auftragnehmer alle erforderlichen Lieferungen und Bauleistungen erbringen.
