Delta 13C Isotopen Analysator für CO2 und CH4 Der Delta 13C Isotopen Analysator soll sowohl zeitweise fest montiert (FluxCrane Autohaubenanlage bzw. IsoFlux Messsite) als auch als Laborgerät bzw. in Gewächshausversuchen genutzt werden, weshalb auch die Feldtauglichkeit und geringer Platzbedarf hohe Priorität besitzt. Die Gasflussmessungen erfolgen im Feld mithilfe von automatischen Gassammelhauben. Zur Erfassung des aktuellen Gas-flusses werden die Hauben kurzzeitig (ca. 5-20 Minuten) auf Rahmen abgesenkt, die im Boden ver-ankert sind. Während der Absenkung soll Delta13C in CO2 sowie die Konzentrationen von CO2, H2O, und CH4 bzw. deren Veränderungen simultan, im Inneren jeweils einer Haube mithilfe des hier ausge-schriebenen Delta13C Gas Analyzers gemessen werden. Die Messungen sollen prinzipiell fortlaufend über das gesamte Jahr hinweg ausgeführt werden können. Multigasanalysator Der zu beschaffende Multigassensor soll es ermöglichen, Veränderungen der Konzentrationen der Treibhausgase Wasserdampf (H2O), Methan (CH4), Kohlenstoffdioxid (CO2), Lachgas (N2O) und Ammoniak (NH3) in geschlossenen, permanent mit Umgebungsluft gespülten Inkubationsgefäßen mit hoher Präzision zu erfassen. Die Messungen erfolgen im Rahmen mehrwöchiger Inkubationsver-suche, bei denen die Inkubationsgefäße einzeln über einen Multiplexer für jeweils ca. 5-10 Minuten an den Multigassensor angeschlossen werden. Während dieser Zeit sollen die dynamischen Verän-derungen der Gaskonzentrationen innerhalb der Gefäße zuverlässig gemessen und zur Berechnung der entsprechenden Gasflüsse genutzt werden. Da der Multigassensor fest in das bestehende Inku-bationssystem integriert wird, bestehen keine Anforderungen an Feldtauglichkeit oder manuelle Mobilität. Stattdessen besitzen die langfristige Stabilität, hohe Messpräzision, geringe Drift, eine kompatible Gasflussanbindung sowie ein störungsfreier Dauerbetrieb über mehrere Wochen im Labor Priorität. Die Gasflussmessungen erfolgen über Inkubationsgefäße, deren Ausgänge sequenzi-ell mit dem Multigassensor verbunden werden. Der Multigassensor muss in der Lage sein, die konti-nuierlichen Messungen über das gesamte Jahr hinweg zuverlässig und präzise durchzuführen, auch im Rahmen länger andauernder Inkubationsversuche.
