### Lot LOT-0001: Stadt Bad Pyrmont - Beschaffung einer digitalen Plattform "Digitale Kur"

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Entwicklung und Implementierung einer digitalen skalierbaren Plattform "Smart City" für den Kurort Bad Pyrmont, die den Zugang von Patienten zu kur-medizinischen Dienstleistungen im staatlich anerkannten Kurort automatisiert und vereinfacht. Durch die Digitalisierung des Gesamtprozesses der ambulanten Vorsorgemaßnahme nach § 23 Abs. 2 SGB V soll die Nachfrage nach Maßnahmen belebt, der Aus-tausch zwischen den Nutzern gefördert und vereinfacht und damit die Attraktivität des Kurortes gesteigert werden.
Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Kurinfrastruktur in Bad Pyrmont im Einklang mit der Kernidentität der Niedersächsischen Staatsbad Pyrmont Betriebsgesellschaft mbH weiterzuentwickeln und die regionale Gesundheitswirtschaft sowie den Gesundheitstourismus zu stärken. Dabei verfolgen die Kurorte im Landkreis Hameln Pyrmont und in Deutschland ähnliche Ziele, wie die Wiederbelebung der ambulanten Präventionsversorgung für Versicherte während und nach dem Berufsleben, den barrierefreien Zugang zu Präventionsleistungen, die Verbesserung der Versorgung durch telemedizinische Angebote sowie die Ansprache jüngerer Versicherter durch digitale Dienstleistungen. Zudem soll die Wirkung der Präventionsmaßnahmen durch eine schrittweise Umsetzung und zusätzliche digitale Inhalte gesteigert sowie weitere medizinische Dienstleistungen über eine skalierbare Plattform integriert wer-den.
Eine ausführliche Projekt- und Leistungsbeschreibung, - Leistungsbeschreibung für die digitale Plattform "Digitale Kur" in Bad Pyrmont, sowie die Hinweise im Anforderungskatalog - sind Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen.
Es ist der Abschluss eines EVB-IT-Systemvertrages vorgesehen.
Die Projektrealisierung unterliegt einer Budgetvorgabe im Sinne einer Kostenobergrenze in Höhe von 500.000 EUR netto, die nicht überschritten werden darf.
