### Lot LOT-0000: Gerüstarbeiten, DIN 18451

Die Leistung umfasst sämtliche Gerüstarbeiten, welche im Zuge der Erstellung des 4-geschossigen Neubaus "Kriminalpolizeidirektion und Polizeirevier" in Calw notwendig werden. 
Das Gebäude besteht aus drei ineinander verschränkten Gebäudeflügeln mit zwei, drei und vier Geschossen. Im zwei- und dreigeschossigen Bauteil befindet sich jeweils ein Innenhof, in welchem ebenfalls Fassadengerüste notwendig werden. Des Weiteren sind Gerüste bzw. Dachrandsicherungen am Nebengebäude und den drei Carports vorgesehen. 
Es handelt sich insbesondere um Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste, welche auch der Absturzsicherung dienen. Im 4-geschossigen Luftraum des quadratischen Atriums ist eine Arbeitsplattform im 3.OG vorgesehen. In den Treppenhausköpfen werden Raumgerüste benötigt. Die drei Carports werden über einen Flachdachseitenschutz gesichert. Sowohl an den Gerüsten und Dachrandsicherungen außen, als auch im Innenraum sind Treppenaufgänge und teilweise Bauaufzüge vorgesehen. 
Das LV beinhaltet folgende übergeordnete Maßnahmen / Massen: 
Standgerüste Hauptgebäude/Nebengebäude: ca. 3320 m2 
Standgerüste Innenhöfe: ca. 870m2 
Raumgerüste Treppenhäuser: ca. 400m3 
Arbeitsplattform Atrium: ca. 80m2 
Dachrandsicherung Carports: ca. 330lfm 
Treppenaufgänge Hauptgebäude: 8 Stück 
Bauaufzüge Hauptgebäude: 2 Stück 
Treppentürme Carports: 4 Stück 

Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
