Das Fahrzeug, auch "Mobiler Tele-Arbeitsplatz" ist ein Kastenfahrzeug oder Kofferaufbau, der ähnlich einem Einsatzleitwagen 1,5 mit zwei Arbeitsplätzen und einem Besprechungsbereich ausgestattet sein soll. Das Fahrzeug soll neben der technischen Ausstattung für Telemedizin, Telepflege und Tele-experten-gestützte Anwendungen mit Demonstratoren vorangegangener Forschungsprojekte ausgestattet werden.
