Das Leibniz-FLI beabsichtigt die Einführung einer integrierten ERP-Standardsoftware zur Unterstützung seiner kaufmännischen und administrativen Prozesse sowie deren Bereitstellung mindestens mit technischer Betriebsunterstützung. Eine Software-as-a-Service-Lösung ist als Zielbild vorgesehen; die Vergabe ist nicht ausschließlich auf SaaS beschränkt. Die Lösung soll die Anforderungen einer öffentlich finanzierten Forschungseinrichtung erfüllen und die bestehenden ERP-Verfahren ablösen.
