Die Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz beabsichtigt einen Rathaus-Neubau als Ersatz für das bisherige Rathaus zu errichten. Dieser Neubau soll auf dem aktuellen Rathaus-Grundstück mit rund 4.800 m² errichtet werden.

Entsprechend des Klimaschutzkonzeptes der Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz soll der Rathaus-Neubau mindestens dem Energiestandard KFW-40 entsprechen und klimaneutral im Betrieb sein. Die technische Ausstattung des Gebäudes soll diesen hohen ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer betriebskosten-optimierten Planung.

Ein zentrales Zu- und Abluftgeräte zur Außenaufstellung mit 7.000 m³/h belüftet Büros, Ratssaal und Nebenräume.
Zur Luftverteilung werden Kanäle und Formteile aus ca. 1000 m² Blechkanal und 600 m Rundrohr verbaut.
In den Etagenabgängen kommen variable Volumenstromregler zum Einsatz.
Des Weiteren sind Brandschutzklappen, teilweise mit Rauchauslöseeinrichtung, nach Vorgaben des Brandschutzkonzeptes geplant.
Für die Kühlung von 3 Serverräumen kommen Split-Kälteanlagen zur Ausführung.
