### Lot LOT-0001: Beschaffung von Microsoft Lizenzen

Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung wird ein leistungsfähiger Lieferant gesucht, der beide Themenbereiche im Rahmen einer Microsoft BMI-Konditionenvereinbarung abdecken kann. Dies umfasst so wohl den direkten Bezug von Microsoft-Lizenzen über Enterprise Agreement und Select BMI als auch Remarketing-Leistungen, jeweils zu den vereinbarten BMI-Konditionen. Die Stadtverwaltung Görlitz setzt Microsoft-Softwareprodukte als grundlegende Basis für sämtliche Fachanwendungen ein. Eine Umstellung auf alternative Softwarelösungen würde zwangsläufig eine
umfassende Migration aller Fachanwendungen nach sich ziehen, sofern diese andere Betriebssysteme, Datenbanksysteme oder Office-Anwendungen voraussetzen. Eine teilweise Umstellung auf andere Produkte ist ebenfalls nicht zielführend, da hierbei erhebliche
Anforderungen an die Kompatibilität entstehen. Abweichungen könnten zusätzliche, kostenintensive Schnittstellenentwicklungen erforderlich machen. Für die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur werden darüber hinaus Dienstleistungen benötigt. Diese umfassen insbesondere die Pflege, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen sowie der zugrunde liegenden Infrastruktur. Die Vergabe erfolgt auf Grundlage der in den Vergabeunterlagen näher beschriebenen Leistungsanforderungen.

01\.02.2027 Lieferung von 1069 Stück Windows E3 per User, 18 Stück SQL Server Sandard 2Core, 1 Stück Exchange Server Standard SE und 1069 Stück Core CAL für die Vertragslaufzeit von 36 Monaten
