In der Kaserne „Truppenlager Ohrdruf“ wird aufgrund des Aufwuchses des HSchRgt 5 ein Wirtschaftsgebäude mit Truppenküche benötigt. Es ist der Neubau eines eingeschossigen Gebäudes (Speisesaal + Großküche) vom Typ VT 600 mit einer Nutzfläche (1-7) von 1.217 m² vorgesehen.

Hinterlüftete Außenwandbekleidung mit großformatigen Bekleidungsplatten aus Faserzement, Harzkomposit- oder HPL-Platten, Außenwandöffnungen: Kunststoff-Isolierglasfenster, gedämmte Stahltüren und gedämmte Profiltüren Alu mit Glasausschnitten

Flachdach mit Abdichtung aus Kunststoff/Elastomerbahnen, in Teilflächen begehbar, mit aufgeständerter Lüftungstechnik und PV-Modulen, auflastgehaltenes Dachrand-Geländersystem

vollständig und schlüsselfertig 
mit folgenden Funktionsbereichen:

Truppenküche: 
Anlieferung/Annahme, Lager-/Kühlräume, Produktion, Ausgabe, Spülbereich, Entsorgung, Personalräume (Die Kücheneinrichtung wird teilweise durch den Betreiber gestellt, notwendige Anschlüsse sind vom Bieter entsprechend der Vorgaben herzustellen.)

Eingang, Sanitäreinrichtungen/Garderobe, Speisesaal

Technische Anschlüsse: 
Die Übergabe von Medien ist in den jeweiligen Hausanschlussräumen für Fernwärme, Wasser, BWI und Elektro zu realisieren. Der Anschluss an das Abwassernetz incl. Einbau eines Fettabscheiders gehört ebenfalls zum Leistungsumfang. Sämtliche Ver- und Entsorgungsanschlüsse befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe zum Baufeld.
