Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Miet- und Wartungs-vertrages über insg. 99 fabrikneue, energieeffiziente und emissionsarme Kopiergeräte unterschiedlicher Leistungsklassen (LK I-IV) einschließlich der in der Leistungs-beschreibung ausdrücklich vorgesehenen Optionen und Nachbestellungen.

Die Miete beinhaltet folgende Leistungen:
\- Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme
\- Einweisung des Personals
\- Wartung und Service
\- automatische Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial

Verwaltung (7 Dienststellen)

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, den Gerätepark schrittweise während der Laufzeit dieses Vertrages nach derzeitigem Planungsstand um 23 Geräte zu erweitern, da bestehende Altverträge für Bestandsgeräte sukzessive auslaufen.
