### Lot LOT-0001: Gemeinde Mickhausen: Errichtung und Betrieb eines Gigabitnetzes

Dieses Vergabeverfahren zielt darauf ab, die zu 100 % flächendeckende Erschließung der unterversorgten Flecken mit einer bedarfsgerechten gigabitartigen Breitbandversorgung in der Gemeinde Mickhausen herzustellen. Konzessionsgegenstand ist dementsprechend die Versorgung aller unterversorgten Bedarfsstellen mit einer nachhaltigen und hochleistungsfähigen Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur (Gigabit-Netz). Die Zweckbindungsfrist beträgt 7 Jahre. Die gegenständliche Konzession umfasst insgesamt ca. 566 Adressen. Zur flächendeckenden Breitbandversorgung beabsichtigt die Konzessionsgeberin, die Behebung der Breitbandunterversorgung mit Hilfe der Bundes- und Landesförderprogramme durchzuführen. Die Konzessionsgeberin hat hierzu einen Antrag auf Gewährung einer Zuwendung im Sinne der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ (Gigabit-Richtlinie des Bundes 2.0) gestellt. Die Konzessionsgeberin erhielt schließlich am 06.11.2025 einen vorläufigen Zuwendungsbescheid des Bundes. Darüber hinaus beabsichtigt die Konzessionsgeberin Landesmittel in Anspruch zu nehmen. Diese finanzielle Unterstützung dient dem flächendeckenden Aufbau einer leistungsfähigen Breitbandversorgung und soll eine Wirtschaftlichkeitslücke schließen.
