Bauauftrag über den Bau eines Gigabitnetzes ============================  Die Gemeinde Öhningen (nachfolgend: "Auftraggeber") hat das Ziel, flächendeckend leistungsfähige Zugänge zu Gigabitnetzen herzustellen. ### Lot LOT-0001: Gemeinde Öhningen - Bau eines Gigabitnetzes

Die Gemeinde Öhningen (nachfolgend: "Auftraggeber") hat das Ziel, flächendeckend leistungsfähige Zugänge zu Gigabitnetzen herzustellen. Zudem verfolgt der Auftraggeber das Ziel, seinen Wirtschaftsstandort zu stärken und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit seiner Unternehmen sicherzustellen. Da-her soll mit einem Bauunternehmen ein Bauauftrag über den Bau eines Gigabitnetzes geschlossen werden. Betreffend den Betrieb des Gigabitnetzes und die Planung des Gigabitnetzes wurden bereits erfolgreich Ausschreibungen durchgeführt.   Der Auftraggeber hat dazu im Rahmen des Förderprogramms des Bundes "Förderung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland - Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0" einen Förderantrag gestellt und Fördermittel in vorläufiger Höhe bewilligt bekommen. Darüber hinaus hat der Auftraggeber eine Kofinanzierung nach der "Verwaltungsvorschrift des Innenministeriums zur Mitfinanzierung der Bundes-Richtlinie "Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" ("VwV Gigabitmitfinanzierung") beantragt und eine Förderung in vorläufiger Höhe bewilligt erhalten.   Der Zuschlag steht unter dem Vorbehalt, dass die entsprechenden Fördermittel (auch) in endgültiger Höhe gewährt und der entsprechende Eigenanteil des Auftraggebers haushaltsrechtlich be-reitgestellt werden.
