\- Sechs ISPs mit eigenständiger DDC und Touchdisplays zur dezentralen Bedienung der MBE
\- MBE/GLT im Bestand (IPM) wird genutzt, dafür Erweiterung um zwei Floating-Lizenzen- und 3.000 Datenpunkterweiterung
\- Regelung der Heizungs- und Kältesteuerung in den Zentralen und den Räumen inkl. Pufferregelung mit dazugehörigen Anlegfühlern (ca. 70 Stk.) und Ventilen (ca. 170 Stk.) etc.
\- Regelung der VSR und BSK (ca. 50 Stk. + ca. 80Stk.)
\-  dezentrales Energie-Abrechnungskonzept mit entsprechenden Zählern (Wärme und Kälte, Gas, Wasser) (ca. 80 Stk.) 
\- Versorgung und Steuerung aller Feld- und Bedienungsgeräte (ca. 85 Stk.)
\- Autarke GWA welches als Gefahrenmanagementsystem ausgebildet wurde inkl. relevanter Reserven
\- Integration der beiden autarken RLT und der drei 4-Leiter Wärmepumpen
