Die Hamburger Hochbahn AG plant im Auftrag der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg die Errichtung eines 2. Zugang an der oberirdischen Haltestelle (Dammlage) Habichtstraße auf der Linie U3 zwischen den Haltestellen Barmbek und Habichtstraße.  
Die Bauleistungen sind auch während der Sperrpause der Linie U3 zu erbringen. 
Im LV erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten werden folgende Hauptmassen ausgeschrieben: 
Beton ca. 700 m³, Bewehrung ca. 100 t, Erdarbeiten Rückbau ca. 4000 m³, Erdarbeiten ca. 1700 m³, Bewehrte Erde ca. 500 m³, Klinkerfassade /Verblendmauerwerk ca. 150 m², KS-Mauerwerk innen ca. 100 m², Stahlbau ca. 40 t.
