Anschluss- und Nebenleitungen von rd. 4 km. Im Zuge der Maßnahme müssen mehrere Anschluss- und Nebenleitungen in verschiedenen Durchmessern und unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, Guss oder Stahl, erstellt werden. Ebenfalls im Zuge der Ausführung müssen diverse Schachtbauwerke wie Entleerungsschächte, Lüfterschächte aber auch größere unterirdische Bauwerke wie Kupplungs- oder Abzweigschächte gebaut werden. Des Weiteren muss eine Autobahn und mehrere Bundes- und Landstraßen gequert werden. Hierfür sind Sonderbaumaßnahmen wie Mikrotunneling oder Durchpressungen notwendig. Auch eine Steilstufe und mehrere Gewässerquerungen müssen bewältigt werden. Hierfür sind ebenfalls Sonderbaumaßnahmen notwendig. Die Maßnahme befindet sich in weiten Teilen in naturschutzfachlich sehr anspruchsvollen Gebieten wie FFH-Gebiete, Biotope oder Sonderkulturen wie Weinberge und Obstbaumwiesen. In diesen Bereichen ist genehmigungstechnisch und bei der Ausführung der Arbeiten mit erheblichem Mehraufwand zu rechnen. Mit der Planung Erneuerung der HL1/10 soll ein Generalplaner beauftragt werden, welcher die Leistungsbilder Generalplanung Objektplanung der Leitungstrasse, Umweltfachplanung, Wegerechteerwerb, Geotechnik und Vermessung erbringt. Das angestrebte Genehmigungsverfahren ist das Planfeststellungsverfahren.
