Auf dem Gelände der Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH am Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen sollen in mehreren Teilmaßnahmen bauliche Anpassungen an die neuen Anforderungen zur Erweiterung der Kinderklinik umgesetzt werden.

Die zur Durchführung dieser Baumaßnahmen erforderlichen TGA-Planungsleistungen, Anlagengruppen 410-450, 470, 480, Leistungsphasen 1-8, § 55 HOAI (Grundlagenermittlung, Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Genehmigungsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe, Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Objektüberwachung - Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation) sind Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens. 
Die Beauftragung der benötigten Planungsleistungen erfolgt gemäß HOAI.

Die Planung der Gesamtmaßnahme "Kinderklinik 4.0" umfasst folgende Teilmaßnahmen:

1\. TP1- Zentrale Aufnahmeeinheit der Kinderklinik (ZAK)
2\. TP2 - Erweiterung der Tagesklinik
2a. TP2a - Schule
3\. TP3 - Steigerung der Patientenorientierung
4\. TP4 - Spezialisierung Kinder-Kopf-Zentrum
