Die Leistung umfasst die Trink- und Abwasserinstallation in mehreren Teilabschnitten entsprechend dem Baufortschritt und der Bauteilstruktur. Leistungsbeschreibung (Kurzfassung): Die ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhaltet im Wesentlichen: ca. 800m Abwasserleitung DN50 bis DN160 aus PP hochschallgedämmt, Steckmuffenverbindung ca. 1.600m Trinkwasserleitung DN12 bis DN50 aus Edelstahl 1.4401, Pressverbindung ca. 160 St. sanitäre Einrichtungsgegenstände 1 St. Enthärtungsanlage DN40 1 St. Sicherheitstrennstation DN40 1 St. Hebeanlage Doppelpumpenanlage fäkalienhaltig 1 St. Fettabscheider Die Montage erfolgt baubegleitend in Teilabschnitten, abgestimmt auf den Bauablaufplan und die jeweiligen Gewerke. Die Ausführung ist unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen an Nachhaltigkeit, Ressourcenschonung und Hygiene gemäß DGNB-/QNG-Kriterien vorzunehmen. Geforderter Nachweis: Die mit der Bauleitung vorgesehene Person muss über einen gültigen Schulungsnachweis gemäß VDI 6023, Kategorie A verfügen. Hinweis: Der Nachweis dient dem Beleg der fachlichen Eignung im Bereich der hygienegerechten Planung, Ausführung, Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Trinkwasserinstallationen gemäß VDI-Richtlinie 6023.
