Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen: 
Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen beinhaltet die Herstellung von drei Eisenbahnüberführungen (BW40, 44, 46) in Stahlbetonbauweise und eines MS-Schaltanlagenraums (BW67.1) im Nahbereich der vorhandenen Eisenbahnstrecke 3611 der DB InfraGO AG. Weiterhin findet die Maßnahme im innerstädtischen Bereich der Stadt Bad Homburg mit Wohnbebauung statt, sodass hohe Anforderungen an eine Immissionsminderung gestellt werden. Die Herstellung von gleisparalleln Verbauten kann teilweise nur unter Sperrpausen der DB InfraGO AG erfolgen, die durch den AG beantragt und genehmigt wurden. Aufgrund der Abhängigkeiten zu den Nachfolgegewerken ist die Fertigstellung der SÜ Langen Meile (BW44) bis zum 31.12.2027 vorgesehen.

Die gegenständlichen Maßnahmen beinhalten sowohl die Herstellung der Ingenieurbauwerke, als auch alle hierfür erforderlichen bauvorbereitenden Zusammenhangsarbeiten (z.B. Kampfmittelsondierung, Grundwassermessstelle, Kabeltrassen- und Leitungsumlegungsmaßnahmen, Herstellung Arbeitsebenen und Rampen, Sicherungsleistungen, Verbauten, Geomonitoring Strecke 3611 etc.).

### Lot LOT-0000: Neubau Eisenbahnüberführungen BW 40, 44, 46 & MS- Schaltanlagenraum BW67.1 (VE3001) für das Infrastrukturprojekt Verlängerung der Stadtbahnlinie in den Bahnhof Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe

Die Verlängerung der Linie U2 schließt eine Lücke im lokalen Schienennetz. Der Bahnhof Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe wird somit zum Bindeglied zwischen den U- und S Bahn-Linien sowie den vorhandenen und geplanten Infrastrukturprojekten. Mit der Verlängerung der Stadtbahnlinie U2 erhöht sich die Attraktivität des Öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) in der Rhein-Main-Region und in der Stadt Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. Bestehende regionale und lokale Nahverkehrsangebote können räumlich und zeitlich besser verknüpft werden. 

Der Planfeststellungsbeschluss liegt der Ausschreibung bei und ist zu beachten.

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen: 
Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen beinhaltet die Herstellung von drei Eisenbahnüberführungen (BW40, 44, 46) in Stahlbetonbauweise und eines MS-Schaltanlagenraums (BW67.1) im Nahbereich der vorhandenen Eisenbahnstrecke 3611 der DB InfraGO AG.
