Die Schaltanlage hat den Anforderungen der Verordnung (EU) 2024/573 der Europäischen Union zu entsprechen. Die neue Schaltanlage wird als dreipolig gekapselte Doppelsammelschienenanlage (2500A) mit einer Querkupplung ausgeführt. Für die Felder ist ein übersichtlicher mechanischer Aufbau in Modulbauweise gefordert. Die Auswirkung des inneren Lichtbogenfehlers muss durch Schottdurchführungen auf den betroffenen Gasraum begrenzt bleiben. Jeder Gasraum muss eine eigene Druckentlastungsvorrichtung haben, die das sofortige und gefahrlose Entweichen des Gases bei Überdruck während eines inneren Lichtbogens ermöglicht. Die Betriebsverfügbarkeit der Anlage muss nach IEC 62271, Teil 203 einer Konzeption nach MRE12 entsprechen. Die Schaltanlage besteht aus folgenden Schaltfeldern: a) 3 Kabelfelder, 1250A b) 3 Trafofelder, 300A c) 1 Querkupplung mit Leistungsschalter, 2500A Die neue Schaltanlage soll im vorhandenen Anlagenraum aufgebaut und in Betrieb genommen werden. Die primären Anschlussarbeiten werden separat ausgeschrieben. Die Schutztechnik, sowie die übergeordnete Leittechnik der 110-kV-Schaltanlage wird separat ausgeschrieben. Die feldbezogene Steuer- und Leittechnik (Feldleitgeräte für Steuerung und Anlagenverriegelung über IEC 61850) ist mit anzubieten Die bestehende Schaltanlage wird vom Auftraggeber demontiert. Ein Konzeptentwurf über den grundsätzlichen Anlagenaufbau hängt an. Diese Konzepte stellen einen Rahmen für die Planung dar.
