Da sich im Zuge der Interimsgeschäftsführung Umfang und Komplexität der wirtschaftlichen Defizite zeigten, wurde die Interimsgeschäftsführung auf Grundlage des Kreistagsbeschlusses vom 09.09.2026 durch einen weiteren Interims-Managementvertrag für den Zeitraum vom 06.10.2026 bis 05.01.2027 fortgeführt. Mit Beschluss vom 12.10.2026 hat der Kreistag des Landkreises Elbe-Elster entschieden, die Geschäftsführung im Wege eines Managementvertrages mit einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren im vorliegenden Verfahren zu vergeben. Das Klinikunternehmen steht mit seinen Einrichtungen aufgrund der sich verschärfenden gesundheitsregulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und des damit verbundenen administrativen Aufwands vor großen Herausforderungen in einem intensiven Wettbewerbsumfeld.
