Die voraussichtlichen Baukosten (netto) für das Objekt I (Hallenbad/Gebäude) ergeben sich wie folgt: KG 200 - Herrichten und Erschließen: 70.000,00 EUR; KG 300 - Bauwerk - Baukonstruktion: 13.305.000,00 EUR; KG 400 - Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen: 8.395.000,00 EUR; KG 500 - Außenanlagen und Freiflächen: 2.205.000,00 EUR; KG 600 - 300.000,00 EUR. Die voraussichtlichen Baukosten (netto) für das Objekt II (Außenbecken) ergeben sich wie folgt: KG 400 - Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen: 1.850.000,00 EUR; KG 500 - Außenanlagen und Freiflächen: 1.635.000,00 EUR; KG 600 - 50.000,00 EUR. Anlage 15 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9; Los 2 - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-6. Gegenstand dieser Auftragsbekanntmachung ist Los 2 (Tragwerksplanung). Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung der Genehmigungsplanung: 6 bis 8 Monate nach der Auftragserteilung. Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten.
