Die Hausdruckerei ist ein kreisinterner Dienstleistungsbetrieb, der für alle Einrichtungen des Kreises (einschließlich der kreiseigenen Berufs- und Förderschulen) Kopier- und Druckleistungen erbringt. Die geplante Lösung besteht im Zusammenspiel aus verschiedenen Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten und muss die nachstehend beschriebenen Anforderungen abdecken. Zwei leistungsfähige Farbdrucksysteme laufen in 2027 aus dem Vertrag und sollen durch vergleichbare Farbsysteme ersetzt werden. Dementsprechend soll der neue Vertrag am 01.07.2027 über 60 Monate mit Verlängerungsoption beginnen. Die Volumenentwicklung in der Hausdruckerei schwankt. Dabei zeigt sich eine Verlagerung vom S/W- zum Farbdruck, die sich voraussichtlich in den nächsten Jahren weiter fortsetzen wird. Allerdings ist die zukünftige Volumenentwicklung nicht absehbar. Schon die letzten Jahre haben gezeigt, dass die Druckaufträge anspruchsvoller werden, was sich sowohl in der Ausstattung der Systeme als auch in der erforderlichen Software niederschlägt.
