Das CRM-System besteht aus folgenden Teilbereichen: Kontaktmanagementsystem, Veranstaltungsmanagementsystem, Anfragenmanagementsystem sowie Trägerprüfung und insbesondere auch die Projektedatenbank. Vom Leistungsspektrum des abzuschließenden Rahmenvertrags umfasst sind folgende fünf Leistungsbereiche: \- Umstieg in die Microsoft Azure Cloud, \- Etablierung eines Portals zur Online-Antragstellung, \- Entwicklung neuer Module und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen, \- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und \- Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des bestehenden CRM-Systems.
