### Lot LOT-0000: Neubau Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören Nürnberg - Projektsteuerung

Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen inkl. Leistungen des BIM-Managements für den Neubau "Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören" in der Brieger Straße 21, 90471 Nürnberg in Anlehnung an die AHO (Heft Nr. 9). 

Am Areal des Bildungszentrums für Blinde und Sehbehinderte (bbs) in Nürnberg Langwasser, soll als Ersatzneubau der "Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören" in mehreren Bauabschnitten gebaut werden. Der Bildungscampus fasst das bbs und das Zentrum für Hörgeschädigte (ZfH), das sich bisher im Nürnberger Westen befindet, an einem Standort zusammen.

Das Projektkostenziel ist auf 140 Mio. EUR brutto für KG 200-700 festgesetzt. 

Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer mit Vertragsschluss mit der Erbringung der Projektstufen 1 und 2a für die Gesamtmaßnahme und der Erbringung der Projektstufe 2b, beschränkt auf LPH 3 für Bauabschnitt 1.

Die maßgeblichen Planungsleitungen werden an einen Generalplaner vergeben (u. a. Gebäude- und Innenraumplanung, Freiflächenplanung, Tragwerksplanung, technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Bauphysik, Ingenieurvermessung). Weitere Planungs-, Beratungs- und Prüfleistungen werden nach Erfordernis ergeben. Die Vergabeverfahren für die Generalplanung läuft bereits parallel zu diesem Verfahren.
