Darüberhinaus soll der Neubau über eine geriatrische Station sowie eine Diagnostik verfügen. Im Erdgeschoss soll die Produktionsküche, welche für die Versorgung von Patienten und Personal sowie externer Kunden verantwortlich ist, untergebracht werden. Im Zuge des Neubaus, soll das bestehende, eingeschossige und sanierungsbedürftige Küchengebäude vorsichtig rückgebaut werden. An dieser Stelle soll das viergeschossige Stationsgebäude errichtet werden, welches so konzipiert ist, dass eine Aufstockung um ein viertes Obergeschoss möglich ist. Die Lesbarkeit der jeweiligen Nutzung soll sich in der Fassade wiederspiegeln. Das Erdgeschoss ist voll verklinkert und bildet somit einen Sockel aus.
