### Lot LOT-0001: L2v Gleichrichterwerk Julius-Brecht-Allee

Im Rahmen des Infrastrukturprojekts "L2v - Linie 2 verbindet" plant die Bremer Straßenbahn AG die Herstellung eines neuen Gleichrichterwerks (GRW). Ein GRW ist ein Technikgebäude zur Einspeisung von Elektroenergie in das Bremer Straßenbahnnetz, sowie zur Überwachung und Steuerung der Bahnstromversorgung.   Das neue Gleichrichterwerk wird im nördlichen Teil der Steubenstraße in 28211 Bremen erbaut. Die Fläche befindet sich nördlich der Eisenbahnüberführung Nord, über die die Eisenbahnstrecke 2200 (Bremen - Osnabrück) verkehrt. Westlich der Fläche des künftigen Gleichrichterwerks befindet sich ein Betriebshof des Amts für Straßen und Verkehr.   Beim Neubau handelt sich um ein eingeschossiges Gebäude, bestehend aus einem Kriechkeller, dem Erdgeschoss und einem Flachdach. Im EG befinden sich die Schalt- und Technikräume. Die Bruttogrundfläche des UG beträgt ~96 m², mit einer lichten Raumhöhe von 1,4m. Die BGF im EG beträgt ca. 105 m² (ca. 6,00 x 16,00 m) mit einer lichten Raumhöhe von 3,20 m. Die Attikahöhe beträgt ~4,5 m über Gelände-Oberkante.  Die Aufgabenstellung für dieses Gewerk besteht darin, den genannten Neubau mit der nötigen Elektrotechnik auszurüsten.
