Dazu wird der Standort der Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik um eine Notaufnahme, Bereiche der Funktionsdiagnostik, Radiologie und Endoskopie sowie zwei OPs erweitert. Zusätzlich werden 84 Normalpflegebetten und 6 Intensivbetten geschaffen. Neue Funktionsbereiche wie eine psychiatrische Tagesklinik und eine multimodale Schmerztherapie werden eingerichtet. Das Projekt umfasst den Neubau eines Klinikums für die somatische und psychiatrische Versorgung mit rund 400 Betten, ergänzenden Lehr- und Funktionsbereichen sowie Anlagen für zentralisiertes Parken auf einem Grundstück der Stadt Espelkamp. Aufgrund der Größe und Komplexität des Vorhabens besteht ein erhöhter Koordinationsbedarf der Baustellenlogistik, insbesondere in Bezug auf Baustellenverkehr, Materialanlieferungen, Flächen- und Sicherheitslogistik.
