Es handelt sich um ein zweistufiges Projekt, welches aus der Abbildung von Organisationsstrukturen und Optimierung von Prozessen (u.a. Workflows, De-/Provisionierung von Usern, Self Services, Single-Sign-On, Multifaktor Authentifizierung, Clearing Center) sowie der Implementierung des Systems besteht. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere folgende Leistungen: Implementierung, Ersteinrichtung und Einführung eines Identity & Access Management Tools als SaaS (IAM-Lösung) und zugehörige Unterstützungsleistungen Anschließende Bereitstellung von Lizenzen (Subscriptions) für die implementierte, eingerichtete und eingeführte IAM-Lösung Support- und Serviceleistungen im Anschluss an die Implementierung, Ersteinrichtung und Einführung Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anhang 01).
