Das anzubietende System muss für die Durchführung von Wedge-Wedge- und Ball-Wedge-Bondprozessen ausgelegt sein und eine hochpräzise sowie reproduzierbare Verarbeitung von Aluminium- und Golddrähten mit Drahtdurchmessern von 12,5 bis 32 µm sowie von Goldbändchen mit Breiten von 35 bis 50 µm ermöglichen. Das System muss über eine vollautomatische Bilderkennung, eine Echtzeit-Prozessüberwachung sowie eine programmierbare Loop-Geometrie verfügen. Es muss für den kontinuierlichen Betrieb in einer Forschungsumgebung mit hohen Anforderungen an Präzision, Prozessstabilität, Dokumentation und Reproduzierbarkeit geeignet sein.
