\- Boden lösen (Baugrube und Leitungsgräben) gesamt ca. 1.170 m³, Verfüllung im Gebäudebereich ca. 590 m³ und in den Leitungsgräben (Sand/Boden) ca. 950 m³, Bodenverbesserung (Zulage) ca. 585 m³
\- Grund- und Entwässerungsleitungen PP DN 100 bis DN 250, gesamt ca. 795 m, einschließlich Dichtheitsprüfung nach DIN EN 1610
\- Entwässerungstechnik: Revisionsschächte, Fettabscheideranlage NS 7, Rückstauhebeanlage
