Gegenstand der Ausschreibung Das Klinikum Idar-Oberstein beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines offenen Verfahrens die Beschaffung eines neuen Mammographiegerätes mit Tomosynthese zur diagnostischen Versorgung der Patientinnen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines modernen Mammographiegerätes einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Systemkomponenten und Leistungen. Die Beschaffung umfasst darüber hinaus die Einweisung und Schulung des medizinischen und technischen Personals sowie weitere, in den Vergabeunterlagen näher beschriebene Leistungen. 2\. Ziel der Beschaffung Ziel des Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Bereitstellung eines leistungsfähigen und zukunftssicheren Mammographiesystems für den klinischen Einsatz am Klinikum Idar-Oberstein. Dabei sollen insbesondere eine hohe diagnostische Qualität, ein sicherer und effizienter Untersuchungsablauf sowie eine zuverlässige technische Verfügbarkeit gewährleistet werden. Die Beschaffung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der in den Vergabeunterlagen festgelegten technischen, funktionalen, qualitativen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen. 3\. Leistungsumfang Der konkrete Leistungsumfang ergibt sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen und umfasst insbesondere: • Lieferung des Mammographiegerätes einschließlich der erforderlichen Systemkomponenten, • Transport und Einbringung, • Installation und Inbetriebnahme, • erforderliche Schnittstellen und Anbindung an die vorhandene IT-/Bildgebungsinfrastruktur, • Schulung und Einweisung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender, • technische Dokumentation, • Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen gemäß den Vergabeunterlagen, • Demontage und Entsorgung des bestehenden Systems Die technischen und funktionalen Mindestanforderungen sowie die weiteren Anforderungen an die zu erbringenden Leistungen sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
