Die gelisteten Marketplace-Apps werden bei Bedarf durch den Auftraggeber einzeln hin-zugebucht und wieder entfernt und nur im gebuchten Zeitraum abgerechnet. Für die ersten 12 Monate der Vertragslaufzeit sind zur Unterstützung der Migration die Leistungen in einem Dual-Licensing mit Data Center Lizenzen anzubieten. Die folgenden Cloud-Dienstleistungen sind außerdem optional anzubieten: - Atlassian Guard Premium - Atlassian Backup and Restore Es handelt sich hierbei um Cloud-Lizenzen für 2.000 Benutzer. Die Lizenzen im o.g. Umfang sind unmittelbar nach Vertragsschluss voraussichtlich ab dem 04.01.2027 zu überlassen. Der Vertrag über die Lizenzüberlassung soll zunächst für eine Laufzeit von 36 Monaten geschlossen werden (Grundlaufzeit bis 03.01.2030). Der Vertrag verlängert sich nach Wahl des Auftraggebers jeweils um weitere 12 Monate, wenn sich Auftragnehmer und Auftraggeber vor Ende der Vertragslaufzeit über eine Verlängerung unter angemessener Anpassung der Vergütung verständigen.
