Dies umfasst folgende Schularten: ABS: Grundschulen, Regionale Schulen, Gymnasien, Abendgymnasien, Kooperative Gesamtschulen, Integrierte Gesamtschulen, Förderschulen; BLS: Berufsschulen, Berufsfachschulen, Höhere Berufsfachschulen, Fachschulen, Fachoberschulen, Berufliche Gymnasien. Allen Schulen in freier Trägerschaft wird die Nutzung dieser Software ebenfalls angeboten. Die Nutzung durch die Schulen ist zum Veröffentlichungszeitpunkt der Ausschreibung freiwillig. Die Bereitstellung wird in zwei alternativen Wahlpositionen ausgeschrieben: WP 1 als On-Premises-Lösung und WP 2 als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Beide Betriebsmodelle sind von den Bietern anzubieten und fließen in die Angebotswertung ein. Nach Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebots legt der Auftraggeber mit der Zuschlagserteilung eines der beiden Betriebsmodelle verbindlich fest; ausschließlich dieses wird Vertragsbestandteil. Die digitale Noten- und Zeugnisverwaltungssoftware dient der zentralen Erfassung, Verwaltung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Schülerleistungen sowie der Erstellung und Ausgabe von Zeugnissen. Die digitale Noten- und Zeugnisverwaltungssoftware wird als gesondertes Modul innerhalb des Integrierten Schulmanagementsystems ISY-MV betrieben. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Einführung einer standardisierten, webbasierten und zukunftsfähigen Lösung zur Unterstützung schulischer Bewertungs- und Zeugnisprozesse. In der Rahmenvertragslaufzeit ergeben sich folgende Höchstabnahmemengen: \- Schulungen: 2 PT bzw. Einheiten FG2-Schulung, 50 PT bzw. Einheiten Anwender-Schulungen, 15 PT bzw.
