Für zusätzlich notwendige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, welche nicht vom Arsenalbetrieb in Rostock durchgeführt werden können, werden fachliche Arbeitspakete gebildet, die jeweils in separaten Vergabeverfahren an externe Firmen vergeben werden.
