### Lot LOT-0001: Beschaffung und Implementierung einer Bewerbermangementsoftware

Die Universität Stuttgart (im Folgenden "Auftraggeber") verfolgt das Ziel, ihre Personalgewinnung mit Ausnahme der Berufungsverfahren für Professuren zu digitalisieren.

Die Personalgewinnung läuft derzeit noch weitgehend manuell und mit Medienbrüchen. Das verursacht zusätzlichen Aufwand, erschwert eine einheitliche Dokumentation und macht die Verfahren weniger nachvollziehbar. Für Bewerbende ist der Einstieg in den Prozess oft umständlich und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das kann die Candidate Experience und die Arbeitgeberattraktivität des Auftraggebers beeinträchtigen.

Für einzelne Zielgruppen ist bereits eine digitale Lösung im Einsatz. Der Auftraggeber verfolgt jedoch eine einheitliche BMS-Strategie für die gesamte Universität. Deshalb soll eine Bewerbungsmanagement-Software (BMS) als zentrale Lösung eingeführt werden. Ziel ist eine durchgängig digitale Unterstützung vom Stellenantrag bis zur Einstellungsvorbereitung. Zugleich soll sie barrierefreie, einfache und transparente Abläufe sowie eine strukturierte, fristgerechte und dokumentationssichere Verfahrensdurchführung gewährleisten.

Für die Zentrale Verwaltung und die Zentralen Einrichtungen ist ein einheitlicher digitaler Standard vorgesehen. Fakultäten und Institute können das BMS zunächst optional nutzen
