Dies umfasst insbesondere die Herstellung von Elektrodenpasten bzw. -granulaten sowie die anschließende Zellfertigung. Ergänzend ist die Integration digitaler Lösungen zur Erfassung, Analyse und Auswertung von Prozess- und Qualitätsdaten vorgesehen. Diese Daten bilden die Grundlage für ein datengetriebenes Qualitätsmanagement mit besonderem Fokus auf Rückverfolgbarkeit und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung.
