Im Rahmen der Sanierung sind zunächst grundlegende Arbeiten an den vorhandenen Baukonstruktionen erforderlich, wie z.B. Maßnahmen zur Gründungsertüchtigung, Instandsetzung der tragenden Bauteile, Instandsetzung und Ertüchtigung des Dachtragwerks, Neueindeckung der Dächer.
