Die im Inkubator-Bereich flexibel nutzbaren Labor- und Büroflächen werden vorwiegend von Unternehmensgründern (Start-Ups) genutzt werden, die insbesondere im Feld der Forschung und Entwicklung von Zell- und Gentherapien angesiedelt sind.
