Die Konditionen ergeben sich aus einem bestehenden MLA-Vertrag. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten mit einmaliger, aktiver Verlängerungsoption um weitere 12 Monate und beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung, frühestens jedoch am 01.12.2026. Geschätzte Abnahmemengen: Die Gesamtanzahl an Bestandslizenzen verschiedenster Micro Focus Softwareprodukte beträgt insgesamt derzeit 41.254 Stück. Der geschätzte Bedarf an Pflegeleistungen nebst Störungsbeseitigung für die Bestandslizenzen beträgt daher jährlich ebenfalls 41.254 Stück. Höchstabnahmemengen: Über o. g. geschätzten Bedarf hinaus können noch bis zu 801 weitere Lizenzen verschiedenster Micro Focus Softwareprodukte zur dauerhaften Überlassung sowie dazugehörige Pflegeleistungen nebst Störungsbeseitigung aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden. Die Höchstabnahmemengen für die Überlassung von Neulizenzen beträgt somit insgesamt 801 Stück und die Höchstabnahmemengen für die Pflegeleistungen nebst Störungsbeseitigung insgesamt (Bestands- und Neulizenzen) beträgt somit jährlich 42.055 Stück. Es besteht keine Verpflichtung zur Abnahme von Mindestmengen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen ist davon abhängig, ob und in welcher Höhe Haushaltsmittel zur Verfügung stehen und wie hoch der künftige Bedarf an Softwarelizenzen ist.
