Der technische Berater der Qualitätssicherung soll dabei folgende Leistungsbereiche erbringen: Planungs- und baubegleitendes Controlling 1. Der technische Berater wirkt als Qualitätssicherung, in Bezug auf die gemäß FLB vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen und Qualitäten, der Planungs- sowie der Ausführungsphasen bis hin zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Nutzer, die Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahme des Generalunternehmer. 2. Mängelmanagement inkl. Kommunikation zu Generalunternehmer während der Realisierung bis zur Abarbeitung aller Abnahmemängel. 3.
