### Lot LOT-0000: Common-Use-Infrastruktur für die Passagierabfertigung am Flughafen Frankfurt (Future CUTE)

Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften.

Im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens schreibt die Fraport AG einen Full-Service-Vertrag über die Bereitstellung, Implementierung, Betrieb und Wartung der Common-Use-Infrastruktur im Terminal 1 und Terminal 3 aus. Dies umfasst insbesondere:

Full Service für CUPPS-Arbeitsplätze an Check-in und Gate
Full Service für CUSS-Kioske und BagTag-Automaten
Full Service für die beigestellten Self-Boarding-Gates
Full Service für Biometrie HUB

Gegenstand ist ein Full-Service-Vertrag über die Common-Use-Infrastruktur für die Passagierabfertigung am Flughafen Frankfurt in Terminal 1 und Terminal 3. Die Leistung ist als KRITIS-relevant eingestuft. 

Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere:
• Bereitstellung und Full Service für Hard- und Software: rund 950 CUPPS-Arbeitsplätze (an Check-in, Gates und mobile Arbeitsplätze), rund 150 CUSS-Kioske, rund 25 BagTag-Automaten sowie einen Biometrie-HUB, rund 350 beigestellte Self-Boarding-Gates
• Implementierung, Migration und Inbetriebnahme bis zum 31.03.2028 bei laufendem Flughafenbetrieb. Migrationsbeginn ab 10.01.2028.
• Technischen Betrieb, Wartung und Entstörung rund um die Uhr, einschließlich Helpdesk, Field Service vor Ort und Site Administration
• Bereitstellung von Betriebs- und Ereignisdaten an die Datenplattform von Fraport
Exit- und Übergabeleistungen zum Vertragsende

Alle erforderlichen zentralen Komponenten sind in den von Fraport beigestellten Betriebsräumen am Flughafen Frankfurt zu betreiben (on premises). Der Biometrie-HUB kann auch auf einer Cloud-Plattform im EWR betrieben werden. 

Die Mengen sind vorläufig und können sich während der Laufzeit ändern.
