### Lot LOT-0001: Vergabe der bestehenden Geo-Informationsinfrastruktur (GIS) des Landkreises Hildesheim

Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Bereitstellung der Cloud-Infrastruktur, die Migration der bestehenden GIS-Umgebung und den anschließenden technischen Betrieb. 

Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere: 
\- Bereitstellung und Betrieb zweier gespiegelter
Rechenzentrumsstandorte einschließlich der erforderlichen Rechen-, Speicher- und Netzwerk-ressourcen;
 \- Übernahme der vereinbarten Datenbestände, Anwendungen, Konfigurationen, Dienste und
Schnittstellen aus der bei hannIT betriebenen Umgebung; 
\- Installation und Konfiguration der erforderlichen
Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, GIS-Software und Fachanwendungen; 
\- Angebot und Vermittlung des Esri-SG-EA-Vertrags sowie Bereitstellung der zusätzlich erforderlichen
Softwarelizenzen unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Nutzungsrechte; 
\- technische Anbindung des Auftraggebers und Sicherstellung der vorgesehenen Zugriffsmöglichkeiten für die berechtigten Nutzer;
\- Betrieb, Überwachung, Wartung, Aktualisierung und Störungsbeseitigung der vom Auftragnehmer gemäß den Abgrenzungen dieses Kapitels zu betreibenden Komponenten; 
\- Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung sowie Sicherstellung der Betriebsübernahme bei Ausfall eines Rechenzentrumsstandorts; 
\- Schulung, Dokumentation und Unterstützung bei der
Abnahme und beim Übergang in den Regelbetrieb.

Der Auftragnehmer koordiniert die zur Leistungser-bringung erforderlichen Abstimmungen mit dem Auftraggeber, hannIT, Esri und den beteiligten
Fachsoftwareanbietern. Die Verantwortlichkeiten und Mitwirkungspflichten sind im Projektverlauf
eindeutig zuzuordnen. Zeitliche Zielsetzung Migration, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme müssen spätestens bis zum 31.03.2027 abgeschlossen sein. Angestrebt wird jedoch ein früherer Abschluss zum 31.01.2027, alternativ zum 28.02.2027. Gemäß des Terminplans
ist mit dem Zuschlag vor Weihnachten zu rechnen.
