Insgesamt werden aus 5 Gebäuden die Nutzer in den Neubau umgezogen. Dabei werden Flächen konsolidiert und erhebliche Synergieeffekte erzielt. Zum aktuellen Sachstand soll das Gebäude in Holzhybridbauweise errichtet werden. Planungsergebnisse aus dem Wettbewerb werden im folgenden beschrieben.
