### From the notice

In der Theodor-Körner-Kaserne in Aachen wird das Nahwärmenetz und die Heizzentrale der Liegenschaft erneuert.
Es gibt eine bauzeitliche Trennung zwischen der Erneuerung des Nahwärmenetzes und der Heizzentrale, da die Liegenschaft während der Gesamtbaumaßnahme weiterhin über das alte Netz und die alte Heizzentrale beheizt werden muss.

Der Baubeginn des Nahwärmenetzes ist für Dezember 2026 vorgesehen.
Der Baubeginn der Heizzentrale ist für Juli 2027 vorgesehen und soll voraussichtlich bis Januar 2031 andauern.

Die gesamte Bauzeit des Projekts beträgt daher etwa 4 Jahre (212 Wochen).

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist das Leistungsbild des SiGeKo (Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator).
