### Lot LOT-0000: SV-FLA-261001-004 - Sanierung Olympia-Zeltdach, Gerüstbauarbeiten/ OH-OSH

Stellung und Vorhaltung von Baustellengerüsten zur Sanierung des Olympiazeltdaches im Olympiapark München (Bayern, DE). Das Olympiazeltdach erstreckt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 78.000 m² und überspannt das Olympiastadion, Freibereiche (Zwischendächer) sowie die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle.
Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Planung, statischer Nachweis und Gerüststellung an den Rand- und Augenbereichen sowie an den Mastköpfen der Olympiahalle und Schwimmhalle. Im Einzelnen werden Raumgerüste an den Randbereichen und hängende Gerüste an den Augenbereichen der Dächer sowie an den Mastköpfen montiert. Zudem sind Gerüsttürme für den Dachaufstieg und die notwendigen Rettungswege zu stellen, sowie Absturzsicherungen anzubringen. Zum Großteil sind die Gerüste staubdicht einzuhausen und der Zugang über Schleusen herzustellen.
Ziel des geplanten Gerüstbaus ist die Bearbeitung der Rand- und Augenbereiche durch das Gewerk Korrosionsschutz zu ermöglichen. Im zweiten und dritten Bauabschnitt, auf welchen sich dieses Leistungsverzeichnis bezieht, werden die Mengen für die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle abgerufen. Das Olympiastadion inkl. Zwischendach ist bereits in Ausführung.

Die Gerüste müssen in den Monaten vor den Dach-, Knoten- und Seilarbeiten so aufgebaut werden, dass ein fließender Ablauf bei der Sanierung gesichert ist
