Unterstützung bei Zwangsmaßnahmen des medizinischen Personals und/oder Gefahrenabwehr) in der ZNA sowie ggf. Anforderung von Unterstützung durch die Polizei. - Deeskalation und Beruhigung aggressiver Patientinnen und Patienten sowie sonstiger Personen. - Durchsetzung der Haus- und Geländeordnung. - Wahrnehmung und Durchsetzung des Hausrechtes. - Durchführung von Erste-Hilfe Maßnahmen bzw.
